Cypher was formed to deliver the thing. Not a deck. Not a roadmap. The working system the operator sits in front of on Monday morning. We take on cybersecurity, software engineering, intelligence, and IT operations work where that standard is the one that matters.

On the product side we license GHOST and COSMO to federal agencies and cleared commercial partners. We own the code, we own the roadmap, and we invest back into the parts of it that matter to the mission.
